Refund Policy

A credit pack is a one-off purchase of prepaid software usage. You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if none of the pack’s credits have been used. If some have been used, we refund the unused share of the pack, pro rata.

The refunded credits are removed from your workspace balance when the refund is issued.

• First payment: you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first subscription payment if you have used less than half of that month’s credits.
• Renewals: you can cancel any time and you will not be charged again. The current month stays active until its end; renewals already charged are not refunded except where required by law or where the service failed to work.
• The credits granted by a refunded payment are removed from your balance.

If a video fails because of our service, the credits it used are returned to your balance automatically. If you were charged twice or something else went wrong with a payment, contact us and we will put it right.

Orders are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record, which issues the refund to your original payment method. You can request one from the link in your receipt email, through Paddle.com’s buyer support, or by emailing [email protected] with your receipt number. We reply within two business days; banks usually show the refund within 5–10 business days.

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — it is faster. If a payment is charged back, the credits it bought are removed from the balance and the account may be paused while the dispute is open.
