Acceptable Use Policy

SceneGen assembles videos from licensed stock footage, optional AI illustrations, synthetic text-to-speech voices, music and captions. It is built for explainers, education, marketing and faceless channels. It does not generate real people’s faces and does not clone voices.

• No deepfakes, face swaps, or content that shows a real, identifiable person doing or saying something they did not.
• No voice cloning or imitation of a real person’s voice, and no impersonation of people or organisations.
• No use of anyone’s likeness without their consent, and no prompts asking for images of real people.

• No sexually explicit or pornographic content, and no nudity.
• Zero tolerance for any sexual content involving minors. We report it to the authorities and close the account.
• No non-consensual intimate content of anyone.

• No content that promotes terrorism, violent extremism, or violence against people or groups.
• No hate speech or harassment based on protected characteristics.
• No instructions for weapons, explosives, drugs or self-harm.
• No deceptive content meant to mislead people about real events, elections, health or finance, and no fraud, scams or spam.
• No material that infringes copyright, trademarks or privacy, and nothing illegal where you or your audience are.

• No multiple accounts to get more free trials, and no reselling or sharing of accounts or credits.
• No attempts to break security, scrape, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

Prompts and scripts are screened automatically before anything is generated, and clearly prohibited requests are refused. We review reports and may remove content, refuse service, suspend or close accounts that break this policy, and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.
